I've just got my new blog layout ready up online not long ago, but now, unfortunately I've got to put this blog to a stand down. Updates perhaps I can update daily using my sis laptop. But other than that, Say goodbye to me people. I will not be online , I will not be using the comp except for my blog update and at most it takes half an hour. The rest of the time it shall be my revision time. After this entry, I will remove my power cable and there goes my computer. So people, I will be back only after O level exam.. Don't miss me too much which i doubt anyone will. Anyway, off I go now. Take care and enjoy the holiday people. Cya soon in school. Bye.

High High High.Im high. =)

For no reason. I'm high today. Trust me, really really high. Ask people like tz, elvie, zell, jy, lyand hf. They will definitely agree with me. Haha.. Anyway had another majong session today after school and we skipped the useless chinese remedial.. Look at jeremy's blog and you will understand why. Similarly, we took another chinese paper today, consisting of paper 1 and paper 2. At first I was having the intention to skip the paper and not to do it. Paper 1 was alright cause I did the paper and it was my actually intention. Later on i realised jeremy left the whole paper blank for paper 1 and handed in. This made me feel like giving up on paper 2 later on, and during paper 2 I actually felt asleep and suddenly Sue went screaming towards those sleeping, including me. I got shocked and woke up, I did my best and completed my paper with full concentration. =D Which is a good thing since it allows me to practice my skills.

Anyway, I've actually found some enlightenment through some things and I decided to work hard towards my studies. Although i know, I should't be blogging now since I want to achieve good results but well, this is a promised I made to myself. Home, bath, blog, study. =) Alright and this shall be my plan till O level don't be surprised if you don't see me updating at times. =) By the way, another situation I found out, our batch of "horses" loves to sleep. I will show you why I say this.

see.. Get what I meant? Everyone in the class is sleeping after doing their chinese paper 1. What I think is, maybe the paper is too easy for them until which gives them the time to sleep after completing their paper. Maybe everyone does this not just our batch but what I observed is that alot of sec 4 likes to sleep. Especially after school they will say, " I want to go home and sleep liao la..." Then I was like, sleep again. Haha.. But well, personally I like to sleep alot too. I admit I'm a pig who loves to sleep. haha.=) Sleeping is good for health. =D

Anyway back to mahjong session today, this is one of the nicest "HU" I've got today. =D

It's full "Tai" Man Tai which means wins the maximum amount. Whoohooo.. I'm HIGH today. =D Take care people.! Cya soon.

Moments Of Truth.

Everytime I get back result of one subject, I realised the truth how bad my studies are. Today we've got our papers back, basically physics and chinese paper 1. Although these results are expected by me as to be honest I can really say, I didn't study or really prepare for my mid-year exam. But I'm willing to work hard from now on. You shall see me offline, having updates but after updating I will shut down my computer and start my revision. Well, I'm sure getting low/bad results are a crime right? But I just don understand why people with good or rather QUITE good, why do I emphasis on the word QUITE? Because frankly their results are not really that good as compared to those intelligent ones. Alright I admit, they've got better results than me but doesn't mean they are the GREAT or the TOP. Since you know you've got better result, is THERE a need for you to show off? It's not that I'm jealous of your scores but the problem is, there are people practically doing things to SHOWOFF their so called GOOD scores and hurting others at the same time. Things like going around asking for other pupils' scores is alright but what these people did? Let me tell me, there is this guy/girl asked for my score and strangely, I DID NOT and DOES NOT have the intention to ask for HIS scores but he actually SAID it himself/herself to me. I know he has got good score/marks that's why I did not and does not want to ask him/her for his/her scores but this person just like to show off his/her scores. Well maybe I'm just being to sensitive ot what but the point is, for me when i asked someone for his/her scores if he/she has got poorer marks I will not hurt that person by shouting out my so called GOOD scores to hurt them. Unless they asked me for my scores too. Don't you think this is a sense of consideration? At least you yourself happy inside since you've got better scores which most people will do but there's definitely no need for you to shout your scores out to embarrass your fellow classmate/schoolmate right? I know this is the truth to my results that I'm bad in it but I don't think this kind of action is neccessary becaused I've observe him/her over these few weeks when we got back our results and consistantly he/she did this all the time to show off/ hurt others' feeling over the results. If you think you are really that great, you shall not be in this school anymore. Go to your RI / Anderson / ZhongHua / blah blah blah.. STOP showoff-ing here in this school alright? heh.

Mock Till You Drop.

Preparation for O level Chinese paper has started and our paper is scheduled on 29th May which is next Monday. Time is really fast isn't it? For our preparation work carried out in our school is to take mock papers everyday. Yes, practically everyday starting from today till friday. Today was the first mock paper for both paper 1 and paper 2, for paper 1 it was quite alright but after recess we had our paper 2 and guess what, our school is really disappointing. Campus is used for less than a year and we've got a blackout in our block and can you imagine taking chinese paper at a location so hot like a heat oven? We were all sweating and instead of doing our paper, we used our question paper to fan ourselves how ironical can it be? It took the management more than half an hour to get the power supple back and finally we can do our paper with better condition. Alright back to the paper, I'm sure you people know how boring it is to read passage and passage and passage and most of us dozed off while reading the passage. The passage is seriously so boring that we have no mood to carry on reading, and how stupid/no common sense our teacher can get to give paper that does not attract readers. If it were to be one that is interesting and full of fruitful content I'm sure people will stay more focused and read the passage with full concentration. It's quite disappointing to recieve boring passages when taking the paper because I'm quite anxious to get the paper cause I expected to get interesting passages. Anyway, from tomorrow onwards we've got to stay back after school everyday just to check the papers, can you imagine how tiring it is to face chinese everyday? Heh, kinda going crazy over mother tongue.

Besides chinese paper today , I saw my grade for Maths that is going to be in my report book. Well, as expected, it sucks totally. I wonder how am I going to tell my parents my result, whether to tell them before getting report book or after. Really worried about my result, I wonder how am I going to take my O level with such lousy grades. Anyway, meet the parent session. I'm out. Great! =D

By the way, I shall have an entry as promised, which is long about my birthday and the election. If I'm free, shall have the entry tomorrow. And ya, I've got a new phone. xD Happy happy.

Da Vinci Code

Oh, I realised my previous post was mostly on complaint and now I shall add one more on what actually happened. On friday, it's a tiring and boring day. Ncc has now became one of the burden in my pocket, and it's so boring. Had parade rehearsal for school opening ceremony and wasted quite alot of time. My target for this was to get to wear number 1 uniform and attend this last parade in Ncc in secondary life. To think back, time flies really fast. Now it's may and upcoming next will be Pre-lim and 'O' level shall be next. I really wonder what's the point to study so hard to get a certificate which don't really lead us to anywhere. I mean, sometimes or most of the time, jobs out that that can really let you enjoy and earn alot doesn't need any high education certificate. Well well, maybe there are some other better reasons to get high education certificates such as to "show off"? heh.. oh Whatever it is, study is still important in anyway, that's what the adult and other people will tell you. =)

Da vinci code was nice, watched it on friday mid-night and i realised there's lots of nitght owl out there in singapore. when we got the tix, it's already 4 row from the screen, can you imagine? All other seats behind had been taken up. Well, or maybe it's just because the movie is interesting and attracting which attracted so many audience. Yupp, indeed it's nice, enjoyed it alot actually it's all about religion and stuff mostly mentioned are the christian. Yeah, it's kinda saying about jesus and what the jesus did to cover some truth about christianity. Jesus in the movie is mentioned as someone being the hero in the past but in fact he is not. The real hero is a lady name madagalene if im not wrong, I think I've got the spelling wrong but it's something like this. Jesus actually got the people to kill most of the females in the past to cover the truth. And later on the main character was to find out where is the tomb/grail of the real hero. Alright, no more spoiler, watch the movie if you want. Haha.. It's really worth it. After the movie had a great chat with my friend till morning 6 plus and reached home to get changed and rushed out again for IR. yea. =)

Island Rush 5!

Island Rush yesterday was fun! It was organised by Erika's church and it was quite successful i can say. But that's this problem which occurred at the beginning of the game and some of the teams were not quite happy about it. That is, in the first place, some candidates actually asked the organiser whether taking of cab or private trasportation is allowed throughout the game, and the reply was "no" initially. But later on, there are groups of competitors took cab right from the start while others didn't. This wasn't realised till the middle of the game where some other competitors saw groups of challengers taking cab/private transport and these made them really angry and disappointed where the rules was set that no taxis or private transport is allowed.

This caused some of the groups to be agitated and decided to drop out of the game. I'm sure problems like this do occur often in games and stuff, but no matter what, it's just a game. Sometimes getting disappointed is okay and can be understanded. But to literally drop out of the game is sort of a sore-loser? I'm not pointing directly to any group or what cause I'm sure that quite a number of groups gave up because of this too.

What I'm concern is, it's just a game, so what if you later found out some things that made you angry about the game? The purpose of the game was actually to enjoy ourselves and to be happy. Besides, this game allowed us to create better bonding between friends and group members, also to learn about leadership and cooperation. It doesn't matter to get first in the place or not, since you actually spent the money to this game, why not just continue the game and enjoy it? Have fun is the most important objective. I'm not sure whether these people have had enjoyed themselves or not, but what I'm trying to emphasis is that, during a game, don't take it too serious. You can be serious to get the first position in the game, but when you did not and had lost the game, just take it as an experience and not get to fed up over it.

Well, this doesn't help you to get back the first position, instead it ruins your status as this shows how bad a sore loser you are. after all when you completed the game, you actually felt even more sastified because you have at least tried your best to complete it. Well, whatever it is, the game had carried out successfully and my group, the ledgenary 7 had won the 5th position which is quite sastifying since we've really tried our best to complete the game. Congrats to group 9, jingyi's group for getting the first position. We have enjoyed the game totally and gained much experience. We might even consider to go again next year. So yea! Get prepared for IR 6! By the way, I think this year's one was IR 5. Yupp. =)
